I think the rat intestines are pretty cool. But yes, I've also been working on reconstructing human body parts, a the brain of a fruit fly, the entire body of the rat as well as a old airship previously used by the Taiwanese military. But my thesis was more about finding an automatic way to reconstruct these surfaces, the datasets are only used to display the result :) (sorry for the late reply...)
